Maldon St. Mary's Church, England

The congregation of St. Mary’s Church, Maldon, in Essex shire is pleased  to announce a redesigned instrument with colorful and distinctive voices. The organ was originally built in 1988 for the Christ König Church in Pirmasens by the organ building company Klais from Bonn. Hey Orgelbau has now rebuilt the organ case and adapted its design to the new organ gallery in England in order to create a harmonious new unit in the venerable church interior. The disposition was supplemented and rearranged by us and the organ was voiced according to the acoustic conditions of the church. The electronics have also been brought up to date with the latest technology.

We are pleased to have brought this project to a wonderful conclusion despite all the circumstances caused by the Brexit and corona pandemic.
