Vox Maris - 바다의 소리
Vox Maris는 헤이 오르겔바우가 지금까지 건조한 오르간 중에서 가장 유명한 작품입니다. 이 오르간은 한국의 2012 엑스포를 위하여 제작이 되었고, 2011년 우어슈프링겐에서 기록 발표일에, 138,4 dbA 로 세계에서 소리가 가장 큰 오르간으로 기네스 세계 기록에 등재가 되었습니다. 이 오르간은 길이가 80에서 100 미터까지의 파이프들로 되어 있고 제작이나 기술적인 면에서 걸작에 속합니다. 바람과 기후에 대항하고, 전 엑스포 지역에 소리가 울려 퍼지고, 다이내믹한 연주를 할 수 있고, 또한 태블릿 PC를 위하여 하나의 앱으로 연주를 할 수 있는 야외 오르간을 제작한다는 것은 필연적으로 완전히 새로운 기술을 개발 했어야 하였다는 사실을 의미합니다. 따라서, Vox Maris의 파이프들은 증기 파이프의 원리에 의하여 개발되었고, 360도로 회전하는 오르간 음전의 판은 깊은 인상을 주는 볼륨을 펼쳐 보이며, 사방팔방으로 소리를 전달 합니다. 이 파이프들과 소리를 울려 퍼지게 하는 압축공기는 기존의 교회 오르간 보다 1,000배가 되며, 분당 20,000 리터의 공기를 생산하도록 커다란 압축공기의 시설이 제작되었습니다. 엑스포 2012의 특별한 명물로서, Vox Maris는 6 킬로미터까지도 소리가 울려 퍼지지만, 압력을 낮추면 다른 악기들과 직접적으로 스카이 타워에서 조화롭게 협주 연주회를 할 수도 있습니다.

Bass Hold Function:
Any bass note that is played can be held until the release button or another bass key is touched. This offers the possibility of simulating foot pedal play.
Echo Repeater:
This function allows the organist to record and repeat directly melodies or pentatonic scales to be able to play along with two hands. Rich soundscapes can be created!
Transposer:
The organ is planned for accompanying an orchestra or solo artist. The Transposer offers the opportunity of changing the pitch of the pipe organ in halftone steps up and down to fit different tunings.
