300 years old pipe organs is restored

Behind the Rococo blend organ case of 1750 hides a 300 year old organ crafted by organ builder Johann Konrad Kitzinger (Münnerstadt). His father, Johann Georg was at his time one of the most important organ makers Main Franconia. The organ in Kleinbardorf was first built for the Karmelitenkirche in Bad Neustadt and later transferred to Kleinbardorf around 1720. Thirty years later, a Rococo blend case was built, and in 1912 a serious rebuilding into a mechanical cone chest was carried out.

The complete organ is considered as "historically evolved" and has now been carefully restored in our workshops.
